Introduction: Welcome to BoxHound Hauling LLC. By accessing our website or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order or becoming a BoxHound Member. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
About BoxHound Hauling BoxHound Hauling LLC is a residential cardboard collection service operating in Utah County, Utah. We offer membership-based curbside cardboard pickup and on-demand Hound Call pickup services to residential customers.
Services
BoxHound Membership — $40.00 per month Our standard membership includes two scheduled curbside cardboard pickups per month. Membership is billed automatically on the same date each month as the date you originally signed up. Cardboard must be flattened and placed at the curbside in the morning of your scheduled pickup day.
Hound Call — Member — $25.00 per visit. Available exclusively to active BoxHound Members. On-demand curbside cardboard pickup outside of your regular schedule. Must be requested in advance. The fee is charged to your card on file on the day the request is made.
Hound Call — Non-Member — $75.00 per visit. Available to non-members for a one-time on-demand cardboard pickup. Must be requested in advance. The fee is charged on the day the request is made at the time of booking.
Accepted Materials BoxHound Hauling collects corrugated cardboard only. All cardboard must be:
Placed at the curbside by noon of your scheduled pickup day(s) — please have your cardboard out before our driver arrives
Free of plastic wrap, styrofoam, and packing materials
Free of food waste and grease
Non-Cardboard Fee Policy: If non-cardboard materials are found in your curbside pickup, the following tiered penalty applies:
First offense — $15.00 fee charged automatically to your card on file
Second offense — $40.00 fee charged automatically to your card on file
Third offense — membership suspended immediately pending review
Payment Terms
BoxHound Membership fees are billed automatically on the same date each month as the date you originally signed up
All payments are processed securely through Stripe
If a payment fails, you will be notified and given a 5-day grace period to update your payment method
If payment is not received within 5 days of the due date, service will be suspended until payment is made
All fees are non-refundable once service has been rendered
Hound Call fees for both members and non-members are charged on the day the request is made
Non-cardboard fees are charged as they occur
Cancellation Policy: Either party may cancel a BoxHound Membership with thirty 30 days’ written notice sent to cooperrollins@boxhoundhauling.com or via text to 385-535-5354. Service and billing continue during the 30-day notice period. No partial month refunds will be issued. Hound Call bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
Missed Pickups and Service Interruptions. If BoxHound Hauling is unable to complete a scheduled pickup, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule for the next available service day within 24 hours. No refunds or credits will be issued for rescheduled pickups.
Force Majeure BoxHound Hauling shall not be liable for failure to perform services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, vehicle mechanical failure, public health emergencies, or government-mandated restrictions. In such events, we will notify affected customers and reschedule pickups as soon as it is safe to do so.
Customer Responsibilities: By using BoxHound Hauling services, you agree to:
Place only corrugated cardboard at your curbside at noon of your scheduled pickup day — please have your cardboard out before our driver arrives
Ensure your curbside area is accessible and free of obstructions
Maintain a valid payment method on file at all times
Notify us of any changes to your contact information or service address
Do not place hazardous materials or non-cardboard items in your curbside pickup
Liability BoxHoundHauling LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the customer in the preceding 30 days. Customers are responsible for any damage to BoxHound equipment caused by hazardous or non-cardboard materials placed for curbside pickup.
Intellectual Property: All original content on the BoxHoundHauling website, including text, logos, and branding, is the property of BoxHoundHauling LLC and may not be reproduced or used without written permission. Some images used on this website are sourced from Pexels and are licensed under the Pexels License. These images remain the property of their respective photographers and are used in accordance with the Pexels License terms available at pexels.com/license. Our logo was originally generated using an AI image tool and is currently being redesigned by a professional designer to establish full original ownership.
Privacy: Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy available at boxhoundhauling.com/privacy-policy and our Cookie Policy available at boxhoundhauling.com/cookie-policy.
Changes to These Terms. BoxHound Hauling LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify active members of any significant changes via email.
Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Utah County, Utah.
